03Public data used
When you enter your company number, the form queries the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises for public information: name, legal form, status, registered address, activity codes. It is used only to pre-fill the form and estimate your eligibility.
04No automated decision-making
The grant eligibility estimate is indicative: it has no legal effect and does not bind you. The decision lies with the regional administration. We do not carry out profiling.
05Who receives your data
Only the TWKL Venture team has access to your data. We use the following technical providers, who act on our instructions:

Where a provider processes data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
06Security
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site.
- Login codes are never stored in plain text: only their fingerprint, and they expire after 10 minutes.
- Team access through a professional Microsoft account.
- Signed quotes sealed and timestamped.
07Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, or object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
